Vertical Laminar Flow Cleanroom
Overview
Vertical Laminar Flow Cleanrooms provide unidirectional airflow from ceiling to floor, ensuring contaminants are continuously swept away from critical process areas. Filtered air passes vertically through HEPA or ULPA filters at a uniform velocity before exiting through raised floors or low-level return air systems.
This design provides one of the highest levels of contamination control available.
